I have an 05 Warrior and want to upgrade the suspension. I have been looking at Ohlin shocks and Elka shocks. I was also reading a lot about the Airwave suspension. How much of an improvement would Ohlins or Elkas make on the factory skid? Would it be a better idea to save the cash and get a whole new skid? :yam:

Dump the skid, buy a edge from a polaris and you will be happy man for a fraction of the price. Heck its dang near free after you sell your proaction.

I have a Edge for sale, with mounting plates for a RX, get some extensions and mont her up you will love life!

Polaris skid? Are they basically m10's? If the Polaris skid is the way to go do they have a 136" so I won't need to run extensions? What are we talking for $$$?

The edge is different froma M10, very close in ride but the M10 is probably better to the most discerning rear ends. They have full 136" rails yes, although when is the last time you seen busted extensions? They dont happen from tracks usa.

With the cost of Ohlins or Elkas a new skid isn't much more. I like the looks of the Expert X but the M10 got better overall reviews. Thinking about the pros and cons of each. I don't like the looks of the new composite skid. Waiting to see about the Airwave... decisions decisions!!!
