Had mishap with my left skid this season. I ended up choosing to go with a new rail.
The bracket at the back the holds the track tensioner needs to be mounted.
It is fixed to the rail with four (4) pins (not rivets).
Wanted to hear from someone that has mounted them before.
It looks like you place it in a press and add pressure expanding the pin.
Any tips or guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks

Sevey did you try searching on here, if I recall I remember reading a post that someone had the same situation as you and replaced the pins with the exact size grade 5 bolts and loctite the nut on and never had a problem,
I'm sure it will be that way if you can't press new pins on...

I have a shop press, was just hoping someone good let me know what to expect when pressing and expanding the pins.
Would rather not use bolts and nut.

I have my plates mounted with nuts and bolts. 8000 km and no problems.

Not suggesting it won't work, just want to know any specifics about putting the pins in the press

Every Yamaha track adjuster I have ever seen has been installed with regular solid rivets. Just set them with a normal air hammer and anvil or use bolts.
