New to me Warrior, need help with clutching

I need more help guys after a very fast ride today. I've come home with ( sled limped me home). A blown front shock. Oil is all gone now. Blew my spare belt. Had to put a half shredded one back on to get home. The secondary is full of chords. And AND I broke the rear skid and broke the rear middle shock. The shock rod sheared off i suppose after the skid broke. It broke on the arm that goes from the rail to the limit strap area.

I think it's time for a new rear skid.
Whats up wuth the blown belts after your clutch kit? Because of the suspension drag?

Still haven't put the clutch kit in should be here soon. First belt was said to be original w 11000miles spare was same age never used. While cleaning out my secondary we found out why the belts have been going. Both went at WOT above 90+mph. Well we found a crack at the bottom of one of the sheaves of the secondary. Looks like it was pried from behind by the previous owner. So now I'm looking for a secondary. Found one a couple hours away I'll be working near there next week and will grab it.

So now went for a short ride today with new new skid I tried to set it up identical to how the old one was. Control Rods and limit straps the same. The shocks I left how they were they are both different.
I noticed a lot of push and the front end was way to tippy. Spent more time on ski then two. I'm gonna start with tightening the straps more.
Any advice on the shocks. Rear front is set almost to max preload and rear rear is middle. Rear rear does not have dampening like stock. Also it's in the middle position.
Thanks everyone.
