studs or chisels would be a good starting point. i would then get a clutch kit out of ulmer or thunder products by phoning them as telling them what you are planning to do with the sled.

My wife has that sled and loves it. I added fourth wheel at rear of skid and normal maintenance. Heated grips actually get hot. Has the dually wear bars. Great machine.
