new tunnel

hey guys i am putting a new van amburg tunnel on my 2004 rx warrior.
its a 151" bondoker

i have everything off my sled that i need off. so just wondering if u guys now how hard it will be for me to rivet it on and whats all involved with making sure its strait.

i sent my tunnel to a dealer to put it on and it looks good. know i just have to put every thing else on.
now that its on im just wondering what gearing i should run. im running the 151" ZX2 skid and the challenger track. im just trying to get all the info i can so if u guys have any info at all please put it up.

19 42 non reverse chaincase
19 40 if you want to run reverse

and also next spring i am putting a turbo kit on it so would the gearing need to be changed?

you can get 42 tooth reverse gears now, just so you know. Maxdlx

ok immaking my 04 warrior a muntain sled. so what all should i change on my sled to make it a good mountain sled.
