New vs Used Question

Thought had a deal wrapped up .... but seller backed out

Now ..

I have found several 04 warriors with 1000 - 1500 miles on them for 6600+

But I can also get a new 04 Warrior any color I want for 7800.

Not sure if these sleds have some warranty issues but is "new" and a factory warranty worth $1300?

Thats the route I'm planning on come fall...new 04 left over Warrior. I just like the idea of being the first person to get my hands on the sled. Plus anything can happen to any sled at any time....I've learned the hard way. That's why the full length of the warranty appeals to me.

;)! I would go for the new 04 leftovers personally, although It does matter when how much do you want to spend 8)

Money not being an issue get a new one. If it is, get a clean used one and save the cash for extra goodies. My sled has 1,000 miles on it and looks like new, I'm sure there are others out there that are as clean for sale. Sure the full warranty would be nice, but do you really need it with a yamaha :yam:

I wouldn't worry necessarily on the warranty. To me it's so reliable that anything that goes wrong will be covered by ins., or will be claimed as wear and tear such as bushings or something. Mechanically, it's so sound why bother?

If you are planning on buying a sled, get it done now. If you go in this fall the price might be a bit more. He will probably come down on the Warrior, but if he holds on to it all summer, he will get his higher price then. Check around!
