New Y pipes for Attak

I have a 2007 Attak that is in need of new Y pipes, the old ones have the flange broken off. has any one ever tried these I found on ebay? I have about 9500 miles on the ole gal.

I haven't tried this yet, but it's on my radar too. I just replaced a set of busted pipes but kept them. Since they just slip on I would think you would get a little blow by and it would be a little louder but it might work out? I wonder if drilling and riveting them in place might be a good option too?

I think I might pick up this kit this summer.

If it were me I would have them welded on, or, buy some stainless ones. I got a really good set of used ones for not that much more than the fix flanges....
