First of all this forum rocks! I haven't been sledding in 20 years, go one weekend, get hooked, find an awesome deal on a new RX-1 and find this forum...is this a great country or what.
Now...the thing is a horse (Clydesdale) to handle, should I be looking to put it on a diet or will the suspension mods, skis etc... you guys talk about be a better way to spend some $$? It's the '04 shorty Limited Edition

Your front springs are a little soft, your skis are crap, and the back suspension is set wrong.
Get some 130 or 140's for the front, some Simmons skis, and read and apply all my posts in the suspension forum.
