Hey Guys/Gals
I just picked up an '07 Apex GT last season and it is desperately in need of new carbides. The current setup has a 121" track with 144 studs and Pilot skis with the Aggressive Snow Tracker kit and 8" outer carbides. Everything is worn beyond use and I was thinking about going with Semi-Aggressive Snow Trackers and 4" outers.
I mostly ride the trails in Ontario and Western Quebec. Does this setup sound decent? Should I go with more or less bite?
Any help would be great!

I run semi aggressive Trackers on my Doo with Pilots...nothing on the outside for now. Until the Trackers wear down, the outsides are not biting when cornering due to the depth of the Trackers. Can't hurt installing runners on the outside.. just might not be completely necessary at first.
I see this is your first post... Welcome!

Thanks Doug...for the info and the welcome!
I bought the semi aggressive kit a few days ago, but I think they are incorrectly labelled as the carbides have 3 studs on them? Doesn't seem right.

Jeff,
Since you are replacing the set... I would think the new ones should bolt right up without modification.

semi aggressive have only 3 bolts. My replacement carbide looks to have very little carbide protruding from the runner itself. Is this normal?
