Newbie to Yamaha Sleds - Want to take studs out of track?

Yes get them out ! Probably bent and wore out...Studs.. I stopped studding years ago. 80% is snow and 20% icy spots, need them at times etc no biggie .

Also the damage up under sled - exhaust - heat exchanger .

I purchased a pre-studded track ! I get traction (not like a nailed track) but enough, with no worries . I love this track !

I love my Ice Attak XT pre studded track! Awesome traction and no worries about a tear out putting a hole in a heat exchanger or the track being weakened from cutting holes and ripping apart. I ride aggressively and I have more than enough traction on icy corners.

Thanks for all the responses. I would like to keep a few in the middle but I store the sled in the garage and the studs are to long to get any traction with the track to drive it on the trailer. I think I will just take them all out.
