OR CAN YOU GET A 144 TIPPED RAIL EXTENTION?
TO GO ON A 136 MONO SKID

Not too sure on the XTX in the attak, but you can get 144 tip up extension from Ulmers I believe.

If your wanting a 144 you can set your 136 mono skid bolt holes back 4 inches and you have a 144. Biggest benifit to this is a lowered angle of approach on the front of the skid which will allow the track to climb up on the snow instead of trench through it. This is my plan once my new business and new baby at home allow me the time.

I'm planning on it.

I'm planning on putting the XTX skid in my Attack GT. I have a nitro XTX and the ride from this rear suspension is wayyyyyy better than the mono 136. I will also go to the 144x14Wx1 hacksaw, this track is good for 9mph on the nitro XTX replacing the 1.25x15xripsaw. Here in the east, the added lug and added width isn't needed at all. You will be able to order the rear mounting brackets used on the 2011 Apex XTX to bolt the rear of the skid in, I'm not sure about the front yet without measuring the skids side by side on the bench. The 2010 Apex LTX and the 2011 Apex XTX are both 118 inches long and the tunnels look identical. This is a no brainer.

Nate007 has done this. Do a search.
