Well guys I might be the first here. I was in a little accident with another sled two weeks ago and hit the left side of my sled on the bumper of a doo. (guys was parked in the trail). Well as a result of the accident my upper a- arm and Float X shock were completely gone as a result of my a- arm and all the posts about bent subframes I assumed that I would need a new one? To my surprise I was shocked to here that I do not. Not too happy about the cost of the shock which is just about the same amount as the subframe. Just under 500 for that, but I thought it was pretty ironic that it did not bend. Looks like all the snow is gone and the season may be over. I guess to some degree this is a positive note?????

You are crazy if you buy a new shock through your dealer - spend 10 minutes in the classifieds section and buy some nice take off shocks and save yourself some $$$$.

I love those Float X's I do not think I will find a pair in the classifieds
Wow!
Hey I think I saw your sled out behind Excell Motorsports a week or two ago when I picked up my new Nytro RTX. Looked like it was a pretty good shot you took. Pretty impressive the sub frame is still straight. Good luck in getting the sled put back together.
As far as the weather goes.......no way is this season over. February is always our biggest snow month and we havn't even loss all the base we had yet. Keep your fingers crossed!!!

Don't forget the hill. Plenty of snow up there til April at least. Lake effects coming back with a vengeance soon...and the bumps should be good nytro stuff...

Still 4 feet in the woods around Barnes Corners, and currently snowing

The bumps on the hill are always worth it especially now with the new SE. I hope you are right about the lake effect, by the live cams on absolute snowmobile it looks like they lost most of their snow.
