No fuel pump power

As you may have guessed by the title I'm not getting any power to the fuel pump. I've already replaced all 4 of the relays in the foot well and cut out and soldered the ground blocks. If I add a small amount of gas to throttle bodies manually I can get the sled to run very briefly.

How do I identify which relay goes to the fuel pump and any suggestions what to check?

most times it's the 3rd one in from the outside.

Fuel pump relay wire colors are: red/green, red/blue, red/white, blue/red. Find that combination and you have the proper relay.
Went through this issue on an 08 Apex, check the white connector on the large relay mounted to the side of the battery bracket, pull connector off, and if corroded, clean and add dielectric grease.

I checked the relay next to the battery and it was a little corroded, so I cleaned it with sandpaper (didn't have dielectric grease so I'll have to do that later).

Still no power to the fuel pump so I checked the footwell relay and noticed something odd.

With the power on I put my dummy power tester on the Blue/red wire (next to red/white). My tester lights up and the fuel pump starts pumping, but when I try to start with the key I get nothing from the pump.

most likely the relay beside the battery is toast, get a new one and change it out the ecu gets its voltage from it on the plug
