Just wondering if anyone else had this problem. When i first start up my warrior i have no lighting power at all until sled is warmed up then they will come on.

yeah...its normal...you can even find it stated in the owner's manual.

...just don't ask me which page its on!

Mine does it when starting in sub-zero temps.

Never had the problem. Never seen it happen to anyone. There is no function in the computer to make that happen. I have started my sled in -45 Degree Wx and when I got done, the lights still came on as soon as the sled started, even though the battery was down to its last shot of power. Never seen this written in any of the Operators Manuals or Tech Manuals. I sure would be interested in the specific page number of the specific manual you are talking about.

However, .... I may have missed or forgotten this. But, this has never happened to me nor is there anything in the sled designed to cause it nor is there much reported in the forum about it. If this happened frequently, a lot more people would be asking about it, over the years.

I only had this problem when my battery started to go bad, it was during my 3rd year on the same battery, only when it was around the zero mark, later that season the battery failed completely, put the new battery in never did it again.

I am going with the frozen relay too. Water in the relay freezes and when it warms up it melts allowing the contacts to close..... I am with you on this one Len.

Maybe it is time to change out that old battery,it's ben in there from 04 and living north of 60 now the extra cranking amps wouldn't hurt.

Had it happen to my before on my 02 srx and it was the headlight relay. Would only happen when it was very cold.
