Having suspension problems 2010 Yamaha nytro xtx turbo 144" skid ....
Had both rear shocks rebuilt nitrogen recharge .... Installed hygear torsion spring spacer helped a little but shock absorber still bottom out and I have the spring set on (H) specs say it needs to have 16mm-22mm gap to be safe how can I fix this has anyone used the star suspension kit to fix geometry issues ...?????

Yes I have used the star kit just installed it this year. Makes a huge difference and by huge I mean HUGE! I'm not a very big guy and last year I can't count how many times I bottomed out it was very annoying. Now with the kit in it never sags 4-6inch after i get off it and I just got back from Michigan and I don't think I bottomed it out once and I was on some rough trails. It's easy to install and worth every penny. I'm still trying to figure out the setup for my shocks but I'm sure I'll get it soon! Lol

And keep the hygear torsion spacers in there to it helps it out. But you'll notice allot more rebound too. I'd put and order in know

Your title is confusing. Sounds like you have no working springs and no working shocks. It is just flat as a pancake. While it could happen, I am thinking we are missing some information.

These "shock absorbers" you are speaking of, are they pictured in your pictures and showing the measurements? I am assuming the tolerances you are referring to are in the owners manual.

The XTX has a fair amount of sag in it but setting the ride in height and all should be done to each rider. If you are over 220, you probably need heavier shock springs to help lessen the bottom out feeling and the shocks should be re-valved, not just recharged to your weight and style.

Yes .... The "shock absorbers"are in the pictures ... And had the rear shocks
re-Valved and re charged twice in 1-week to see if that was the problem both charged to 300 psi ....
Rode great all last season was working great until my last ride ... Before I went riding it had good rebound and didn't bottom out when I came back from the ride it felt like I was hit with a baseball bat in the back no rebound and and "shock absorber" was bottomed out ...
