I'm thinking about getting nos for my 03 rx1. Are gains in performance that marginal. I have a epc kit now with filters, gear down 2 teeth. holeshot track with 144 studs and antiracheting drivers. I really not haven problems beating many other sleds. But here my delema I'm looking for that hands down win and trail ride when its over. Will nos achive this? costs? Hard to install? Type of kits? Pm me if some disaprove of some of my qeastions like cost or type. Thanks

Hey snowdawg, nitrous will give you that performance only when you want it, and then have a stock sled for trail. Costs are around 700-900 dollars, depending on the system you buy. Always go with a wet system, as they have better tunability, and can produce more hpr.
Install takes 3 hours for me, but might take the average Joe 4-5 hours.

All looks good nospro. Ive used nos in the past with some cars with great susscess. i was just wondering how it work on my rx1. Could you possable tell me what all is entailed. I noticed you use the stock airbox is there another way like a plate kit? Also jetting springs etc? Is a bottle warmer need? Timing changes? Sorry for all the queastions thanks.

snodawg, Hey Buddy! Sorry for the late response, as I was in Waterloo, Iowa going thru parts from our company. Left Tues, and returned early this morning.
Depends on the system you get, if you ran it in the past, you know about keeping the bottle warm, and spraying the right amount of fuel. Lot of that is changed now.
I will pm you.
