Not enough RPM'S

Ok we got a little snow so i took my sled for its first ride.. Runs great, but it only pulls 9600-9800 rpms, as far as i can tell it has a y-s-y primary spring, a silver sec. spring. a stock RX weights. the carbs are clean. i set the secondary up with the spring in Slot 1 on the shive, an slot 6 on the helix.

any help would be great.

try the white secondary spring, wrap at 3-3

If you are going to use the silver spring then change the wrap to 6-3. The wrap you chose is too loose and pulls through too easily.
