I have a 2005 RX1-ER with 1800 miles on it.
All clutching components are cleaned.
Primary:
40-20 Heel-Clickers II (No extra weights added) with supplied White spring.
Secondary:
50-40 Helix, Green spring twisted to 60 degrees.
New belt and battery.
Track is not too tight.
Thanks in advance,
Chris
PS
Even stock this sled only ever hit 10,000 RPM's.

You need a lot more secondary spring pressure & less helix. Try a silver at 80; green is nowhere near enuff. Those weights are aggressive; even on a turbo sled.

I have the stock Pink Secondary Spring. Would the Pink Spring at 70 degrees be close to the White Spring at 60 degrees?
Or are talking about the Heel Clicker sold separately White Spring not the Yamaha White Spring?
Cheers,
Chris
