with all sincerity, we get snow like that 10-20 times a year...but not always when you can go play in it...
Lord willing this year, now that I have moved closer to this location...I can get out more frequently to enjoy those slices of heaven!!!

Those were some epic days for me.
With regards to the banana boards. I was never able to get a 2 dimensional picture to adequately represent how bad those boards were bent.
Once I get the air frame hood, seat and front end done with the boarded done last year i will post some pictures. I have one more item coming too

If your flexible you can time the storms, and during the week is almost always better, like ride thrusday and Friday, and if you have energy Saturday too...

Well both Jeff at Skinz and Allen at Timbersleds have convinced me to upgrade to The new 2012 rear skid and just sell my original timbersled. They believe it to be that good. Hope they are right. I'd better get at least 2 good trips out west this year.

We already have snow sticking up high, will do my normal Christmas ride with friends from Canada, will post pics for all you terrain challenged boys....

they just announced road to Cooke City from Billings side is closing in a week or so...
this could shape up to be EPIC!!!!!!!!!!
I mean er uh ummmmm, there will more than likely be no snow this year...might as well book your trips for Phoenix or Hawaii or something...

I'm going to try and get together and caravan or have someone haul my butt up there this year. Even if it means putting the sled in the pickup and driving myself. I haven't been this excited for snow in years. Even was looking at Dan Adams riding clinics just for an excuse to get out there and ride. Hope my wife loosens the noose a little so I can make it out several long weekends.

I missed Scmurs retort on my white kitty somehow...
I thought about that, and am probably ditching my all black and red klim gear...might go all snowboarding denim and plaid this year...might as well be loud and obnoxious if I am going to be on a arctic cat...
might as well go full on redneck...while I am at it might as well ditch the Duramax and get a Dodge
Oil leaks...hmmm....wait till you see Steves garage now, we have installed industrial heaters, it will melt the snow in no time...will make for nice evening fixes!!! Or just reviews...oh yeah, and steve upgraded his TV to a 65" plasma screen (3D compatible) so we need to make sure and bring some new sled vids, etc.
oh yeah, and a new BBQ grill...etc. so, I would say we are set!!!
Now we just need to do a group discussion on timelines...Scmurs, do you want to coordinate things with Otis? and either give me a call or whatever...the sooner we plan it the easier it will be for me to lock the date from getting trumped on...Hopefully we dont buy anymore companies so I can get some time to hunt, and sled this year...
I have already changed the colors for this year, bought an elk tag, have the hunt planned for week of Oct. 22...didnt even have time to think about it last year...
