Nypex weights

My understanding is that the four holer only weighs 8 pounds more then the 3 holer. So that is about all your gaining someone correct me if I am wrong. In that case put the Apex motor in and a lithium battery that saves ten pounds and have a sled with bullet proof apex motor and be two pounds lighter

This one was 620 full ready to ride.....174 x16 x3" track. 40 litre fuel cell, diamond S side plates. Dry the sled would be in the 500 range. Not bad for a long sled like that.
Have fun building yours :)

Nice looking sled Randy.

Who's front suspension is on that? The lower ball joint in the picture looks like the jam nut was tightened down with the joint orientated incorrectly ( or possibly loose ?? ).

That fuel filler neck looks like a ball buster, be careful or you might be singing soprano :o|

Is that timbersled front and rear?

Not Timbersled. It has OEM spindles on it, and the rear is definitley not Timbersled.

I did a little looking after my original post. I believe the front and rear are both CR Racing products.

I'm sure Mr. Swenson will let me know if I am incorrect.

Mine weight 620Lbs full of snow/ice and 1/4 tank of gas. That is using the stock bulk head and subframe, Cr tunnel, Skinz front suspension, MPI wasatch rear suspension (162 track).

This got me thinking, what do you guys think a Pro with a full turbo kit and a 174x16x3" would come in at wet?? I'm betting it's close to 600lbs

That would be a M-10 rear

Interesting looking skid, Finally one of the new suspension company's addressing the bottoming issues of a vertical coil over skid. I bet it performs well if it doesn't transfer too much before the 3rd spring comes into play. A set up like that on a T sled style coupling system would be sweet.

Edit: I did a little looking, I did not realize how long that skid has been out. Not very popular anyways.

The skid performs really good, keeps nose down really good.
