I gotta 08 nytro and the a-arm bushings are all sloppy jaloppy with only 1200 miles (not impressed) I guess they are plastic and are known to wear out so i picked up a set of oilite metal bushings from ulmer racing. Anyone done this job before and could give me some pointers , any tricks of the trade etc.. cause frankly it looks like a biatch of a job.

Did mine in the fall, not to bad. Leave the upper and lower A-Arms connected to the spindles and just pull them out as one. Pull the skid plate off if you have one then take off the oil change access plate and the front bumper along with the nose piece. Rear bolts on the lower A-Arms screw into nuts that are welded in so no need to worry about them falling off, front lowers have nuts that come off and uppers are one long bolt that screws into welded on nuts. It's about a 2 hour job and you will also need to unbolt the tie-rods before you can remove the A-Arms. Just post if you have more questions.
