That's probably the one thing. I didn't actually measure when I did my front end bushings last winter. Are you looking at turning a set of your own?
Just asking for a buddy, he found some material that is pretty close. I think he's going to try and make his own.

09+ a-arm bushing dimensions: 23mm OD, 18mm ID, 22mm long with a 3mm flange
thanks
I know when I installed mine that I had to press them in. It then made the bushings a pain to fit. Whats the ID on the stock a-arm?

I had some more measurements somewhere from when I made my tool to install them but haven't found them yet.
Here's a link to a picture of the tool I made on the lathe.

It made installing them a breeze. Still had to press in the lowered but it acted as a guide and they went in nice and straight.

The a-arm tube has a 23mm ID so the bushings are a press fit for the tube. I don't know why you would want to install bushings that needed to be glued in. I'd stick with a press fit.
I've been installing Pioneer Performance Nylatron bushing kits which have been holding up as good as the oilite versions and are easier to install: http://pioneerperformance.net/store/page3.html

- 2008 Yamaha FX Nytro 136, mountain fit vent kit, oft steering relocate, mountaintech skid plate, simmons flexi skiis with 6 dual runners, skinz front bumper, DDM Tuning HID lights, 55 watt ballasts with 4300k bulbs.
All done in one season.
That's is so far but much more on plate for this year!
What is the big difference between these tie types of materials? Why would you use one over the other? What are the goods and bads with both? Thanks for any input. The a-arm tube has a 23mm ID so the bushings are a press fit for the tube. I don't know why you would want to install bushings that needed to be glued in. Not sure which is better. I prefer steel over plastic.
