I’m having issues with my 2007 Nytro. It runs great. Lots of power. I will let it idle and it like someone turns the key off.
I cleaned the carbs. They were clean. Same issue next time out.
It runs perfect then just starts acting up. I disconnected each coil one at a time. It will run on two cylinders so now I’m thinking the odds of all three carbs just randomly acting up is very unlikely. When it acts up it shuts itself off. If I turn the key it fires back up.
I checked the apart plugs. All seemed good.
I’m thinking it’s something electrical. It’s getting worse not better buts intermittent.
What does tors do when it acts up?

Tors will just induce a miss and pop a code on the IPC. I’ve seen the kill switches get a little funky and the key switch or connector for it have some green death inside them too.

I had a kill switch on the handle bar go bad one time, run perfectly but it was like you shut the key right off , I bypass that switch and never had problems. So I ordered a new one.

I went through majority of the connections and didn’t really see anything too exciting. Maybe some green on the starter relay.
I let it idle until the overheat light came on. Idled perfectly.
I guess I’ll have to take it for a ride and see.

if you are careful, you can take apart the kill switch and clean it. i just did this for a bad thumb warmer switch on my 11.
