Nytro engine shuts down

My engine revs up to 1700 rpm then shuts off. I got no codes, new plugs and fuel! It starts good but will not go over 1700. It ran good when parked in the summer and will not work now. I got it boosted with an RBR box on it. Any ideas?? I was thinking that the throttle override may be causing it. Ideas to test it?

I believe it is in the manual how to override your TORS if you want to rule that out..

If it was tors though it should give you a code.

Did you find the cause after?
Mine is doing something similar without codes and I've eliminated a lot of things and I'm stumped
