Changed the handle bars on my 08 Nytro today and when all said and done I have a flashing engine light.
I am suspecting that it is something to do with new heat warmers because when i hit the button to adjust heat it only will show the thumb warmer, nothing happens for hand warmers.
Tried unplugging both hand warmers but still same issue.
Is there a fuse for the hand warmers somewhere that I could not see or any other ideas?
Could I possibly have crossed the wires ?
Also sled starts/idles/revs perfect, Just has a flashing engine light.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Are you seeing a code 81?

Likely has to do with the throttle cable adjustment. can easily happen. If the cable is too tight or not reassembled properly into the throttle block it can activate the TORS system, which if I remember correctly caused the blinking light and will prevent the engine from being able to rev above clutch engagement RPM's. Check that first. If everything was fine before you changed the bars then I think this is the most likely cause.

As stated:"Also sled starts/idles/revs perfect, Just has a flashing engine light"
wouldn't rev if the TOR is tripped!
