2009 Nytro MTX, 500 km, stock.
Does anyone know what the roller pin(collar) OD is supposed to be?
The roller bushing ID is supposed to be .357" new, .366" max wear.
I cannot find any dimensions for the pin.
Reason I'm asking is that fr!*%#in rattling noise in my clutch when it's idling is !&*$ing me off.
As the weights do not contact the roller while idling, I believe the rollers are actually vibrating on the pins.
Can anyone actually feel play between the pins and the rollers? I can, I'm wondering if this play is normal.
Thanks

They all say it's normal by. I don't know if it would work for a nytro but for my Rx-1 I just had to adjust the idle to 1600RPM and practically all clutch rattle disappeared.
