Nytro having starting issues when warmed up.

I just installed a turbo kit on my nytro and am having issues with it starting after the machine warms up. It starts and idles fine when it is cold or after sitting for 20 or more minutes, but if I only sit for a couple minutes and try to start it, it will almost start first try(sometimes it will) but then I have to try and start and play with the throttle a bit to get it to go and it will idle rough and have to nurse the throttle for about 10 seconds then everything is good again, any ideas?

If your fuel system is stock, then it's the common symptom of the stock Nytro return-less fuel rail. Fuel vaporizing in the fuel rail and injectors after being heat soaked from sitting, causing initial lean AFR's upon restart.
Convert to a return system with adapter on the end of the rail, upgrade to a 1:1 fuel pressure regulator while your at it.

A few TY site sponsored turbo companies offer them with their kits.
I only have personal experience with the FPP nytro components so can only speak for those. They have a custom machined replacement fuel rail end plug with a hose fitting, hoses, then a barbed / bung hose fitting for the gas tank for the return. That comes with a boost referenced 1:1 regulator in-line that you pressure from the intake. Other companies are likely similar.
