I will be doing the bushings first but I do appreciate the insight.nitris223 said:Do the bushings first and then reassemble the front suspension and check to see if the shocks are in the middle of the a arm before you do any welding. Much easier to tweak the frame back into place before hand. I know it sucks but it's the proper way. I just finish doing 2 sub frames. One was good, still new and the other had worn bushings but still needed a slight tweak on one side. The good thing is I can have a bare sub frame sitting on my welding bench in less then a hour.
