Quick question, My wife has been out of riding a couple years and her last sled was my 2001 SRX 700 which she rode really well. I am looking for a sled to get her back into but it has to be a 4 stroke. She rode my Nytro and said it was way too high and tippy but I said she would get used to it and not look back. I was thinking a Phazer would be the right choice as far as lightness but I never rode one. The vector would be an option as well. I'm sure someone has had this same scenario and I am looking to see if the Phazer was the right choice in the long run and if at first they were skeptical about being so high and tippy on the sled but now love it. Opinons greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My wife rode a 02 viper forever, picked her up a 06 Apex GT, she loves it, she says the only thing my Nytro has over the apex is handwarmers. IMO get her a Apex or a Vector, only reason I got her a Apex was the price and used Vectors are hard to find. We also have a Phazer she rode a couple times an she liked it but not for all day riding..
That's not a bad option, Then I would have a good back up sled for myself! I forgot to mention I would prefer fuel injection too. ![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)

My wife rides a Nytro MTX. Her last ride was a SXR 144". She rode it well in a straight line or on the trails but in the deep snow she had problems. I was worried when we got the Nytro's because I thought about the sled being tippy and the higher center of gravity. Turns out she is way more confident on the Nytro then she was on the SXR almost to confident at times.
She rarely took the SXR over 70 mph, the nytro she rides standing up and usually doing 70 mph or more. She tried a Rage / vector type chassis and did not like it.

As much as I hate to say it, the skidoo 900 ace is the best 4stroke offering from any of the 4 companies as a secondary sled for the wife and family. I really hope everyone else steps it up in this market because I really don't want a skidoo in my life lol

Mine rides a Vector LTX GT, she tried my nytro once and didn't want to give it back! Its hard for someone to tell you s good sled for her. My opinion would be to try to ride these sleds and see what she likes.
