I checked the FAQ , but there was nothing posted about this.
I guess to many this is small potatoes.
But like all mechanical things, there is a hard way and an easy way....lol
This will be my spring project, to yank the skid and rebuild everything.

I have done skids removals various ways, but this is by far the easiest way to remove the rear skid! It really is as easy as he makes it look, don't know the why of it, but that doesn't matter....

Makes putting skid back in very easy also. Holes line up perfect for so my reason when sled is on it's side
