Just changed over from a gems to a pcv controller got a map from ulmer and af numbers are waaayyy off. If someone is running a pcv with this setup I would like to compare fuel tables. I have made multiple adjustments to the table with minimal results.

Are you running the sled on a stand or with a normal load on it? Are you sure your O2 sensor is working ok? Who much boost are you making? Is it rich or lean? Any fuel upgrades, fuel pump and regulator or injectors?
no stand, riding it, clutched at 8900, I do have the fuel pump upgrade with regulator, stock injectors. brand new o2 sensor , 8-9 psi. af is 12.5ish until 0psi then it goes to 10.0 and hangs between 10.0 to 10.8 until it reaches 8psi then it starts to climb between 11.8-12.4. I keep removing fuel from the table from 1psi to 6psi and really not getting results. hammered from idle to full throttle its fine but the midrange drivability and poor fuel economy while trail riding is what Im trying to clean up.

The PCV is an upgrade I would like to do as I have never been happy with the driveability with the GEMS controller especially the low end on my machine. I think the lack of a load on the stand has an effect on the numbers you are seeing, if conditions allow take it out for a little ride around the yard. Might just have to wait till Monday and give Ulmers a call. Good luck and please keep us posted.

Hi I also changed my apex over to the pcv got it from hurricane performance upgraded the fuel system bigger injectors ,fuel pump , I am running 12 pounds of boost it runs really nice at half to wide open but at a cruising speed seems like rpms are up and down sounds like I am having same issue s as your having mine is also supercharged curious to know what you find out to fix itno stand riding it, clutched at 8900, I do have the fuel pump upgrade with regulator, stock injectors. brand new o2 sensor , 8-9 psi. af is 12.5ish until 0psi then it goes to 10.0 and hangs between 10.0 to 10.8 until it reaches 8psi then it starts to climb between 11.8-12.4. lack of load? I took it for a 120 mile ride. I have made changes to the maps during the ride and loaded different maps. Already spoke with ulmer and tried what he recommended. The PCV is an upgrade I would like to do as I have never been happy with the driveability with the GEMS controller especially the low end on my machine.
