I would go to the extreme of draining the stock fluid and replace it with premixed auto coolant. The stock green stuff looks thick compared to -36C auto coolant which are more water like. If you need better strenght than -36C add a little consetrate run it and measure with a coolant meter to make sure you are protected.
Even turbos doesn't over heat with the stock fluids replaced with auto coolant. Stock coolant is good for the Antarctica at winter LOL down to -90C at least.
And I will agree with you. My turboed RX1 only got hot once......riding 2 miles of dirt! Other than that the light never came on. I didn't even have the optional rear cooler.
