I have found a center shock off a 2007 nytro on ebay. they look identical and the measurements are that same also from eye to eye. the part numbers are off by just a couple letters could this be just different valving between the two shocks.
2007 nytro center shock 8GF-47481-00-00
2009 nytro xtx center shock 8HL-47481-00-00

I think that shock would be off the original nytro that was based off the vector chassis it was a 121" skid. I don't think it will work for you. The xtx skid isn't a mono shock either. If you search fox zero pros for the nytro you might find something.

Call Pioneer Performance, Hygear or Chris Schmidt at Schmidt Bros. I would think one of them could give recommendations.

fox zero pros, exit, custom axis, ohlins, have shocks available for your xtx...... I went through the research a while back when deciding what to do with my 2009 xtx

I did the Schmidt Bros upgrade, respring, revalve and it worked great. Improved handling and ride and did not have any of the limiter strap or saging issues.

Fox pro set up from Schmidt Bros worked for me. Installed it two years ago in my xtx.
Works great no issues. Very good customer service.
