Well if it wasn't bad enough that my header cracked, my O2 sensor also packed it in and my wideband quit. I'm pretty certain the sensor is toast. This actually happened the day before my header cracked. Bad weekend.
I have the NGK wideband which I was under the impression came with the NTK sensor. Apparently not. I phoned NGK and talked with the tech support and he told me they actually ship the NGK/NTK AF/X wideband with a Bosch sensor even though NGK makes the NTK sensor. He said "Don't ask me why I don't want to explain", whatever that means.
So, regardless of why they do that I now need a sensor. The unit uses a 5 wire Bosch sensor or a 5 wire NTK sensor. The NTK sensor costs 198.00 online and the whole wideband was only 239.00. The Bosch sensor can be had for about 95.00. It is the same one found in 2003 Honda Accord among others.
Question: Is it worth it to buy the NTK sensor, I run only unleaded fuel, or did I just have some bad luck with the Bosch and they are really OK?
Thanks

The Bosch is fine if you keep the leaded fuel away from it.
