I agree on the spring and I would also get the shock re-done, although it only had 600 on it I have a feeling the oil is probably spent and the shock needs a good going over.
I took mine to Peak Velocity and Dean did a great with it, he said my oil was completely spent and it needed a good going over.
For ski lift etc, check your limiter strap position as well as your transfer rod position.
Catman had a great write up on here about setting up Vector's, I used it and it made a big difference.

The track noise changes with trails. It will always be different every time you go out. You ain't hearing a motor so now you notice the other noises.
You prolly gotta get springs and shocks done.
I'm 175 and had it set to med hard. Never bottom out cept in the really worst stuff and I could get the track to slide when I wanted to. Never had a problem with inside ski lift. I had some heavy steering and darting problems till I lightened the ski pressure and then it was golden.
Loved that sled so much I upgraded to a 2012 Vector LTX and now wonder why I did

Track howl is normal. 1.25" Ripsaw track hooks up very well, causing little kick-out. Inside ski lift normal, increasing front spring preload and or 13mm front sway bar helps. Bottoming out normal for your weight. Heavy duty rear spring and shock revalve helps alot. Changing the circlip postion to 2 or 3 will certainly help as well, however, either way makes the ride more firm. Closing in on 19,000 kms for me. Far from a perfect sled, but keeps on tick'n.
