just heard from scott, he apologized and said he will let me know when they will ship tomorrow morning.

I just met Scott at his Shop today to pick up a part.
I too was running into a problem getting a hold of him.

But as always he came through, apologized for the lack of follow up and didn't charge me for my stuff.

IMO a true pro when it comes to customer service.

Just to be fair, it was an upgrade of a small part I was having a warranty issue with.
