I have ordered a oft relocater from the OFT racing site and asked that I be notified when it is shipped, this was approximately a week ago and since then have sent an email inquiring as to the status of the order. I still have not received a reply and am just wondering is this normal when ordering from them.

Have patience, he is in the process of making them right now and should be shipping soon.

I ordered my rollover valve kit an the 27th of august and it's not here yet. Sure hope it's woth waiting for.

I had issues with parts missing on an order and had no luck requesting replacements. Figured I would give them another chance so just ordered Thistle Doo nuts. Better not be a month for delivery!

The guys at OFT have been excellent with me. I have never seen better customer suport anywhere so I'm sure if you had a uncomplete order they would want to take care of it and make it right. I'm sure they can't keep the inventory of big manufactures but in return it keeps their prices low. You can't beat their high quality of products for the money!
They were pretty responsive to me. You should know that everyone and their brother are probably doing the pre-winter ordering right now, so things are probably backed up.

I know they may be busy, but at least they could reply to emails...I have the steering relocator ordered since Sept 16 and still I have not heard a word from them...no emails reply ...nothing...just sent another one...hope they at least reply to this one. They may make a good product but their Customer Service leaves something to be desired.

Hey Garyr. Im in the same boat as you. I ordered the relocator kit and ROV a while ago. Scott is a busy guy and this topic has popped up on TY many many times. It usually seems that two to three weeks is the golden number when i comes to replies. When you ordered your part im sure you saw the notice that said it could take up to 21 days before it was shipped. Most likely business days. I want my new parts just as much as the next guy but just keep the faith! Im sure he isnt ignoring you. Just busy doing other work so he can stay above water in this #*$&@ economy. Good luck.

I was getting impatient having ordered reloctator Sept 21 and no word, other than a confirmation that I paid... I guess as long as it makes it before the snow flies?
Not the best practice to keep people guessing if / when thier order will get filled.

You will get your orders It might just take a while since he is busy with other work and making the products. He is aware of these posts also, he is doing everything he can to fill the orders and make everybody happy. Be patient

My rollover valve came about a week ago. The quality was good and the install was easy. The 5 week wait sucked. Answering e-mails would go a long way towards customers waiting patiently.
