Don't mean to hijack this thread but will the re-locator with bar risers without cable/brake line extensions?

yes it will. I am fitting a couple of risers on my MTX and have the relocator with a 7.5" riser with no extentions.

Call them, they have the black in stock still. the aluminum pieces should be in soon though.
I just installed mine, pretty simple, but need to get it on the ground before I snug everything up (whole front end is off right meow).
The naturals should be ready and on the site tomorrow...

guys....IMHO for the rest of the steering system (ball/heim joints) you should get yourself some grease...I personally use a low temp lithium...I use some of those metal tubed handled brushes...a longreach screwdriver fits into the tube...now I have a long reach greasing brush....I paint and stab the grease into all the heim/ball joints.....and my steering is buttery smooth...stand or ground...
you cant use where the oilite bushings are though..
Ive also noticed how much smoother the a arms articulate... I. E. more effective shock/spring function...
you could also try using some of that special grease I love...but it would wash out faster...

THe kit uses oilite bushings so you need to make sure that the shaft is clean before installing. Make sure all the grease and crap is off the post. That would cause it to be tight.

agreed, no need to grease anything else. The smoothnest of the steering comes based on the tight tolerances of the OFT over greasing anything.

Just installed the OFT relocator and I must say it is truly an awesome product!!!! No install issues here at all, everything was straightforward and went smoothly!!! Not only did it flatten out the steering axis, but it gives me the couple inches of rise that I needed!!! A MUST HAVE!!!!!
