Just wondering if anyone has purchased the ohlins center/rear suspension kit for their phazer. If not has anyone heard about this good or bad?

Ok i guess its really not a kit. Has anyone ever used ohlins front shocks. I did a search and didnt find anything I was looking for. Any info on ohlins shocks would be appreciated. Thanks

Talk to the Ross at Hygear. They build all brands and do extensive upgrades to stock shocks. I just got mine(full set-Custom Axis by Penske) and, wow! They are sweet! Have not gotten them to bottom and have been trying. I will try harder today or tomorrow.

Thank you, If you dont mind me asking which setup did you purchase? Also would buying a full setup from custom axis take care of the linkage problem some people are having.

All four shocks built to Ross's specs for mtn lite. He has much more experience with the short trackers. The linkage seems destined to break- it's a piece of crap. They are testing with their own billet linkage and it will be available soon. I cannot stress enough how much better my sled rides with good shocks!

rfabro, did you have your originals rebuilt or did you purchase all new custom axis shocks. Thanks for the info and I will definately be talking to ross.

Stockers on mtn lite are not rebuildable- they are horrible pieces of crap. First called Hygear to buy all Ohlins and Ross talked me into Custom Axis. American made, so easier to get parts for and second to none in materials.
