Your are under 600 miles, I would use Yammi Lube, stay away from synthetic till 600 miles or so.

good luck

I used Amsoil 0w fro my first oil change and had no problems 2000 miles later. Brand of oil doesn't matter, just so long as its zero weight oil. I'd hold off any oil changes til october or november. Still have plenty of hot weather left this summer and the condisation can break down the oil inside the engine.

I have Amsoil 0-40 Formula 4 stroke. This is made for Wet Clutch motorcycles, so is this bad for the Nytro engine?

Doing an oil change on a friends Nytro...
Anyone know what the trick is with these stupid push in fasteners for the panels and the bottom?cover. They are so brittle they just break trying to pop the center of the push on out. Are you guys just replace them every oil change? What a stupid design. I thought my Apex was a PITA!!! :o|

Yep....we all have replaced them from time to time. I just used a screwdriver and popped up on them. Your gonna break a few so don't get to excited when that happens. But don't bother going to a Yamaha dealer because they'll rape you over the coals for just one fastner. I buy them from NAPA Auto Parts. Buy extra, because your gonna be replacing alot of them over time.

Thanks snowman...

Yeah I just went ahead and started to pop them with whatever it took..Those things are a joke. It wondering if there is a tool to get under the lip on each side of those...but either way they will wear out after removing and putting them back in.

On my way to Napa now. Good thing there open until 3:00! ;)!

As long as you use a decent flat blade screwdriver and go east with them you can do it without breaking em.
