The filter and another drain for the crank case is located behind a removeable plate on the bottom of the belly pan.

As Slowpoke mentioned, you need to drain oil from the bottom of the engine and the oil tank. When you remove the oil filter be sure that the gasket comes off with the filter. The oil filter gaskets have been known to stick on the motor when the filter is removed and then you could wind up with two gaskets under the filter. This is not good as it will eventually leak and spray oil out. G.B.
