oil filter

my yamaha dealer just tried to charge me $26 for an oil filter what the does any body know the cross # for like a fram filter. most appricated ty rules

stay away from fram, go to a auto parts store and get a K&N 147, Better filter less money. Should be around $13.50

You can buy the Yammi filter, marketed under a different brand name, for about $8. My local stealer stocks them, Vesrah is the brand name I believe. It is the exact same filter as stock. I don't have the model number, however.

$26 is steep ,like retail X2.
mine gets 12.50 US
