Can you run it around again? Or at least run it on the lift? With the airbox on of course. See if it happens again.
Have you visually checked the oil hoses to and from the oil tank? Cracked? Cut?
I'm getting to the point of being stumped and hope that some others (Mr. Sled & others) will chime in with other suggestions.
p.s. yes it's been much too long since my last visit to your home country!
