I tipped mine on the right side to show guys the snowtrackers and when we put it back, you could not start the engine, with the oil pressure light on., so trid to remove the belt to tow it and there isn't enough room to get your hands in to remove the belt. Next we removed the bolts on the belt shield only to find 2 rivits holding the shield to the frame. Had to saw off the belt.
If you have trouble turning the movable sheave take the 10mm wrench out of the tool kit. Put it on one of the helix nuts and turn it clockwise while pushing on the helix.

Sorry did not reply to thread just got back from my sled trip no service most of the time only tons of powder best riding I have ever seen. All the solutions everyone has mentioned I tried turning it to left trying it 4 or 5 times quick waiting and letting oil settle nothing worked she was on her side a little while but I have rov tether and shut her down very quickly and have rolled before without this much trouble . So if you run into this disconnect battery and try this is the only thing that worked for me this time
You can also just let it sit for a while and it will reprime, could it be that the time it took you to unhook the battery and rehook it up the amount of time elapsed did this? Not doubting you just trying to make clear in my mind which it was.

I guess it's possible but sled was already up righted an hour before I took out battery I had already removed hood and looked and reinstalled I would think in 10 minutes whatever oil was up would have been back down and window looked full it is a possibility but it only took me two minutes to change battery because I had it out of my buddies 7000 first.
