Oil residue on part by throttle body

Doing a long list of work on my sled so I'm ready when the snow comes and noticed lots of oil residue on this part by the throttle body.

I didn't think to take a picture before I cleaned it all up, but here is the picture after I cleaned it. It's the part with the two clamps on it (just below those two clamps is where the oil was). Is this anything to be concerned about?

I wouldn't say mine had a small amount of oil, but it wasn't excessive. It's never been cleaned in 4,000 miles, so it could have built up over time. Although, I did have it apart last year to replace the battery and I think that if there was oil there I would have noticed it.
 
might be coming out of the airbox - seems to get some oil in the airbox thru some of the crank case breathers.
