Okay to ride with limit strap loose

My xtx with star suspension seems to steer the best with the limit strap all the way loose.
Is this okay or can I ruin something?
Another dumb question.
Once you put oilite bushings in the front then there is no need to grease anymore or do they still get grease?

Completely fine. When you are air born over bumps it will fall out farther.

I actually removed them completely off my 07 rtx when the second set snapped one winter. Never broke or hurt a thing
