here is a list of whats on this machine guys, 2871 turbo , large powderlites intercooler, rb3 management- fuel and timing, meth injection, headshim and precise cam timing, 2.25 double down pipe turning out under tunnel into 2 ,2inch pipes exiting via pair of hindle mufflers in stock location, the 2.25 inch pipe was kept to the shortest possible length to aid restriction, clutched using HRP quad cam primary running 4 super tips at 91grams secondary stock using 53-45 dalton helix with A/C green spring, gearing is 26-38 perfect fit and chain angles in the case, the turbo sits on a true 4 tube header wich is a minimum of 17 inches in tube length, turb is placed forward and higher than a CPR, air intake protrudes through the hood for high pressure cold air, This sled has been a joy to dial in using the rb3 its simple and spot on makes almost anyguy a efi tuner. I have pounded the heck out of this now for 200 miles and I can honestly say it makes my other turbo sleds feel slow, the 2871 with the rb3 has very very little lag but the midrange is insane using an eboost to control boost is precise boost all the time, this machine has run 131 mph in 4 inches of snow on the gun on hard ice I feel it would probably into the 140s or until the track says good-bye, it is a machine to treat respectful it is to much for trail riding and the weak point now for me is belts cant seem to hold them in the secondary I know why but I am going to turn the boost down to be safe. One more note this engine has stock rods in it with 3000 miles I have pushed it to 24 lbs and that is rediculouse to ride with, I have made it to my quest wich was a killer tyrail machine, Thanks Dave and Dave couldnt have done it without your help, I will post a pic of the radar gun when I get my best #s.

Just a report guys I have finally been able to get the belt stop slipping in the secondary that problem resolved my new bug is the track wont stop ratcheting at 100 mph on the lake it will ratchet when you squeese the trigger to the bar I ran 24lbs of boost yesterday with pump gas and the meth only sign of engine not happy was once on startup after a long wide open run I couls smell a hint of oil burn out the exhaust so good so far. This sled is sick guys and I have cocluded no sane person needs this much power. So 12000 canadian and it is sold to the next crazy adrenaline junky, Eme if anyone wants more info on this sled.
That is an amazing machine!!!!!!!
Is it possible to see pics of the exhaust under the tunnel?

what track are most of you guys running at high speed heavy loads, mine is ratcheting bad and now I am on my third for the season running 1.25 ripsaws with 192 studs what do you think of changing to 2.86 pitch single ply and going with hacksaw. Help guys dont want to loose a track at 130 mph may hurt bad, ole one eye is hungry when it comes to rubber, one more note I hooked a race with a local turbo apex front mount on Sunday , let him get out atleast 100 feet before I jammed mine, went by so fast I thought he had broke something, 3 runs totally wiped him, the owner came to me was just amazed at the diference and told me his sled had never been beat, ole one eye is my buddy except his appetite for tracks.

I've been using the camoplast 9811R speed track with great results for racing ice and snow. I would never run that much power on the trail. Thats insane

will one of those single plys hold up to this power?? And what is the benefit. less weight/rotating mass, etc??

I ran a single last year and it held up good but I think the pitch is also beneficial. Mike Knapp is not a fool when it comes to squeesing every ounce out of a machine, they claim 1 pound of weight equals ten pounds when rotating at high rpms so if I can shed a few pounds like 6 that equals 60 and may be that will help keep the thing from balooning to peices, I have never ran into these problems before but I never had this kind of power either, AJ I wish you could drive this thing just to feel the diference, the sled I ran against on sunday was almost identical to your set-up he even had a double down pipe with a ported 2860 turbo I would never have beleived it a year ago, Ted I think we have a little something for you buddy
