I just picked up 10 pack of CR10E plugs for my apex. I remember reading about these plugs adding HP. can't seem to find the thread on it now. wasn't there a K at the end of the plug number? is there any difference between the CR10E & CR10EK?
thanks

Yes, CR10EK plugs are dual electrode. No performance gain in the plug you have pictured there.

The CR10E is just a colder version of the stock CR9E.

The plug that Freddie Klies has proven to make HP is a CR10EK like you said, they have two ground straps so yes they are different.

EDIT: Wow that was fast, beat me to it twice...

sh$t. I guess I'll try to get rid of the ones I bought. Do they fit in any other sled like the rx-1,vector... what is stock Apex plug? thanks

yes matt I have a bunch of old plugs that I could use the caps from. that is if all plug caps are the same.

I had the NGK CR10EK plugs in my Warrior, and on my last trip to Canada I was losing one cylinder at low speeds to idle (running on 3) I put the stock plugs back in and it ran fine.
I've since ordered the Nippon Denso equivalent to the NGK CR10EK's. In my experience the Nippon Denso Spark Plugs have prooven to be a more reliable plug than the NGK's.

Here is the info-> :Rockon:

Sparkplugs.com Web site <cust@sparkplugs.com>

Following is a summary of your order:
4 - Denso Multi-ground plug
Stock Number: 4135
Part Number: U31ETR
Unit Price: $5.78
Extended Price: $23.12

Does anyone know what sleds take the CR10E ??
what soes the vector,nytro,rage,rx-1... take? thanks
