Hey guys,
Just wondering if you guys think I can get away another season on this track, not really in the budget to get a new one this year. This is the only bad spot. I'm hoping to get this season out of it.

I don't see any reason to swap it out. A guy I ride with had significantly more damage than that when he bought his sled used and it lasted for several years. Only changed it when the suspension busted to pieces and dug a deep channel down the middle. Do a visual inspection periodically, I'd think you'll be fine. However, one of the experts here I'm not!

Thanks for the reply, yeah I was thinking the same thing. It will give me more time to think about what type of track I want to put on it next year.

burn the cords down with a torch or bbq lighter to try and keep the water out of it and run it. ran one that looked like that for a season with no issues.

Before you drop big money on a new track, check with Travis at Barn Of Parts.
He almost always has brand new take offs or extremely low mileage ones at a fraction of the cost. A few years ago I got a Predator with only 300 miles on it for $175 shipped to my door.

I would of never thought to look at BOP for tracks, thanks! I dealt with them before for some parts they're awesome to deal with.

Travis has a posting in the Classified section that lists lots of aftermarket goodies he took off sleds that he parted out and at the end of that list is a section for skis and tracks.
