Tried a search on this and I did not come up with as much as I thought. I'm wondering for those of you who have put an xpert x in your mono apex how it turned out and if it was worth the $. I like the mono but it has its limits. This new composite ZX2 is like an xpert x, but seems to have better shocks. All the rx1 guys that have done ad bovine swaps love the change but the proaction did not even come close to the mono in comfort. Thanks.

I will run nothing other than my Expert. Matter-of-fact, I just pulled and sold a new 07 EC mono skid from my Attak to put my Expert in it. This is my 3 rd season with the expert and like I said, will run nothing else. I did a 4" set back with my 136 skid to run a 144" track. My approach angle is pretty much gone. Even when I had it in my RTX, the approach angle was great. Here's a link to that sled I build a year ago.

I really like the durability of this skid. This season I'm running boost and have not one single worry about it holding together. I did send my stock shocks off to Arron at Excel to have them revalved. Which myself and many will recommend.
I say....go for it. For me, it was worth the $1700.00 dollars.
